It will study the progress made by the Federal government in its use of technology in training programs. The Committee will also provide an analysis of options for helping adult Americans finance the training and post-secondary education needed to upgrade skills and gain new knowledge, including grants, tax incentives, and low-interest loans. The Office of Personnel Management will support the Committee's activities.
