President Clinton yesterday nominated Robert N. Shamansky as a member of the National Security Education Board.

Mr. Robert N. Shamansky, of Columbus, Ohio, is of Counsel and former Partner in the law firm of Benesch, Friedlnder, Coplan and Aronoff. Mr. Shamansky is former member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the 12th District of Ohio from 1981 to 1983.
