PRESIDENT CLINTON NOMINATES PAUL C. HUCK TO THE FEDERAL BENCH The President yesterday nominated Paul C. Huck to the U.S. District
Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Paul C. Huck, of Coral Gables, Florida, has been a shareholder at Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton since 1994. He previously was a shareholder at Proenza, White, Huck & Roberts (1986-1993), and served as a partner at Fleming & Huck (1981-1986). Huck was also a shareholder at the law firms of Mahoney, Hadlow & Adams (1975-1981), Aurell & Huck (1973-1975), and Quinton, Lieb, Parks & Aurell (1969-1973). Huck began his legal career as an associate at Frates, Fay, Floyd & Pearson (1965-1969). He received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida in 1962 and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida School of Law in 1965.
