         ON LEGISLATION TO FUND NATIONAL POISON CONTROL CENTERS

THE PRESIDENT: Today I'm signing a bipartisan bill that can help save lives by giving people access to vital information about poison control. This legislation authorizes funding for our nation's poison control centers. It also establishes a national toll-free telephone poison control hotline that anyone can call at any time for immediate information if there's an accident in your home.
