State Visit by King Juan Carlos I of Spain

President Clinton has invited His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain for a State Visit to Washington on February 23. King Juan Carlos I has accepted the President's invitation. Their meeting will reaffirm the strong and warm relationship between our two countries and the two leaders.
