The President expresses his deep condolences to those killed at two bomb blasts at election rallies in Sri Lanka Saturday. He sends to President Kumaratunga and others injured his best wishes for their quick recovery. He hopes these tragedies will not deter the people of Sri Lanka from their strong commitment to democracy and their hope and determination for peace.
