MRS. GORE TO RECEIVE SURGEON GENERAL'S REPORT ON MENTAL HEALTH

Secretary of Health and Human Services Donna Shalala and Surgeon General Dr. David Satcher will present to Mrs. Tipper Gore the first Surgeon General's Report on Mental Health on Monday, December 13th at 11 a.m. in Room 450 of the Old Executive Office Building.
