President Clinton's Special Envoy for the Americas, Kenneth H. "Buddy" MacKay, Jr., will travel to Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, and the Dominican Republic from August 8-13, where he will meet with government and private sector leaders in the region.
In describing his upcoming trip Governor MacKay said, "We must continue to work towards promoting regional economic cooperation.
