STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

President Clinton will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak on July 15, 1999. The President and the Prime Minister will review the full range of regional issues and discuss ways to further strengthen the close bilateral relationship between Israel and the United States. President Clinton and Prime Minister Barak will focus on prospects for reaching a comprehensive, just and lasting peace between Israel and all its Arab neighbors.
