STATE VISIT BY PRESIDENT RAWLINGS OF GHANA

President Clinton has invited President Jerry John Rawlings of the Republic of Ghana for a state visit to Washington on February 24. President Rawlings has accepted the President's invitation. Their meeting will reaffirm the strong and warm relationship between our two countries and the two leaders.
