                PRESIDENT CLINTON NAMES LARRY BRUMMETT 
                      TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
             OF THE OKLAHOMA CITY NATIONAL MEMORIAL TRUST

The President today announced his intent to appoint Larry Brummett to the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust.

Mr. Larry Brummett, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ONEOK, Inc. He originally joined Oklahoma Natural Gas Company in 1974, progressing through a number of engineering and operations management positions and was appointed CEO of ONEOK, the parent company, in 1994. Mr. Brummett is active in a number of civic and community affairs, presently serving on the Boards of the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, St. Francis Hospital, Oklahoma Business Roundtable, the Indian Nations Council of Boy Scouts, The Salvation Army, Philbrook Museum of Art and the Oklahoma Heritage Association. He also serves on the board of the University of Oklahoma Energy Center and their College of Engineering Board of Visitors. Mr. Brummett is the incoming Chair of the Board of the Southern Gas Association and serves on the Executive Committee of the American Gas Association.

Mr. Brummett received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

The Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust was established by an act of Congress to respectfully develop a National Memorial relating to all aspects of the April 19, 1995 bombing in Oklahoma City.
