                Ceremony Marking Return of Remains For The 
              American Citizens Who Lost Their Lives in Kenya

On Thursday, August 13 at 11:00 a.m., President Clinton will participate in a ceremony at Andrews Air Force Base marking the return of the remains of the American citizens who lost their lives in the tragic bombing in Nairobi, Kenya.

The President and Secretary of State Albright will make remarks.
