THE PRESIDENT NOMINATES LYNN JEANNE BUSH TO BE A JUDGE ON THE UNITED STATES COURT OF FEDERAL CLAIMS
The President today nominated Lynn Jeanne Bush to serve as a Judge on the United States Court of Federal Claims, for a term of fifteen years.

Judge Bush, of Washington, D.C., earned her undergraduate degree in 1970, from Antioch College and her law degree in 1976, from Georgetown University Law Center. From 1976 to 1987, Judge Bush was a trial attorney in the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice's Civil Division. From 1987-1989, she served as a senior trial attorney for the U.S. Department of the Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Judge Bush then served as Counsel for the Navy's Engineering Field Activity Chesapeake Naval Facilities Engineering Command (1989-1996). Since 1996, Judge Bush has been an administrative judge for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Board of Contract Appeals.
