PRESIDENT CLINTON NOMINATES JUDGE RICHARD STORY TO THE FEDERAL BENCH
President Clinton today nominated Judge Richard W. Story to serve on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Judge Story received his college degree from LaGrange College in 1975 and his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1978. From 1978 to 1986, he was in private practice with Kenyon, Hulsey and Oliver; and since 1986, he has served as a judge on the Superior Court for the Northeastern Circuit of the State of Georgia. He also served as a part-time Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia from 1980 to 1984.
