The following is a clarification from today's briefing:

The President currently has access to a laptop computer with Network and Internet capabilities in the Oval Office. Due to the technological complexities of the video computer conference, the computer the President and the Vice President will use for the video conference following Saturday's NetDay radio address will be a special computer equipped with video capabilities. It will not remain in the Oval Office.
