STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

Visit of President Tudjman of the Republic of Croatia

At the invitation of President Clinton, President Franjo Tudjman of the Republic of Croatia will make a working visit to Washington on Friday, August 2. President Tudjman will have meetings at the White House with the President and with the Vice President. We expect that the discussions will focus on the implementation of the Dayton accords, strengthening the Bosnian-Croat Federation, Croatia's relations with the United States, and its integration into Western institutions.
