PRESIDENT CLINTON NOMINATES JOSEPH BATAILLON TO THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT
President Clinton today nominated Joseph F. Bataillon for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
Bataillon is an attorney with the Omaha law firm of Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro, where he has practiced since 1980. Previously, he was a Deputy Public Defender for Douglas County and a Defense Counsel Judge Advocate General in the United States Army Reserve. Bataillon earned his J.D. and B.A. degrees from Creighton University. He and his wife, Pamela, have five children and reside in Omaha.
