         PRESIDENT CLINTON CALLS FOR FEDERAL WORKERS TO OBSERVE 
        MOMENT OF SILENCE IN HONOR OF VICTIMS OF OKLAHOMA BOMBING

President Clinton today asked all Federal workers to join him and Mrs. Clinton in observing a national moment of silence at 10:02 A.M., to remember and honor the men, women and children injured or killed in last week's tragic bombing in Oklahoma City.
