VISIT OF DUTCH PRIME MINISTER KOK

Prime Minister Wim Kok of the Kingdom of The Netherlands has accepted the President's invitation to pay an official working visit to Washington on February 28, 1995. The Prime Minister will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Hans van Mierlo.

The President looks forward to discussing a broad range of security and economic issues with one of the United States' closest allies. The Netherlands is an important U.S. trading partner and supporter of free trade, as well as a valuable contributor to several peacekeeping operations, including in Haiti and the former Yugoslavia.
