PRESIDENT CLINTON NAMES UNITED STATES ATTORNEY FOR ALABAMA
President Clinton today announced his intention to nominate J. Don Foster of Alabama to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama.
Currently, Mr. Foster is in private practice in Fairhope, Alabama. Prior to this, he was an Associate with Gallalee, Denniston, & Edington in Mobile, Alabama. He earned a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1967 and a J.D. from the Alabama School of Law in 1971. Mr. Foster served in the Army in 1971 and the Army Reserves from 1972-1976.
Mr. Foster was born in Mobile, Alabama, and currently lives in Fairhope with his wife and two children.
