      Statement by the White House Press Secretary on Report and
        Recommendations of Presidential Emergency Board No. 225

The White House today released the Report and Recommendations of Presidential Emergency Board No. 225. This board was created to investigate a dispute between Soo Line Railroad Company and certain of its employees represented by the United Transportation Board.
