WASHINGTON -- Vice President Al Gore will speak about overcoming cynicism in the federal government at the Federal Quality Institute Awards Luncheon Wednesday (7/13). He will hold a town hall meeting with employees of the Office of Personnel Management that same day (7/13), and also visit with reinvention leaders at the National Security Agency on Thursday (7/14).

During his visits to OPM and NSA, the Vice President will present the National Performance Review Hammer Awards to reinvention leaders who exemplify the breaking down of unnecessary bureaucracy and the building of a better government.
