STATEMENT ON SUBPOENA FOR JOHN PODESTA

Washington attorney Alan Kriegel received a subpoena on behalf of White House Staff Secretary, John Podesta, to testify before the Grand Jury being conducted by Special Counsel Robert Fiske.

"I look forward to fully cooperating with Mr. Fiske's inquiry," said Mr. Podesta.
