              AND WHITE HOUSE SPECIAL COUNSEL LLOYD CUTLER

At his request, Associate Counsel William Kennedy, who has been responsible for vetting the background of presidential appointees and for supervising the issuance of White House passes, has been transferred to other duties within the Counsel's office. His former responsibilities will be assumed by the Associate Counsel Beth Nolan.
