This evening Washington attorney Stanley Brand received a subpoena on behalf of White House Senior Advisor George Stephanopoulos, to testify before the Grand Jury led by Special Prosecutor Robert Fiske.

"I welcome the opportunity to give Mr. Fiske the facts," Mr. Stephanopoulos said.
