                 WITT, CISNEROS, PENA TO SPEAK WITH PRESIDENT 
                               FROM CALIFORNIA

At 11:45 this morning, the President will discuss ongoing earthquake relief efforts with FEMA Director James Lee Witt, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros, and Secretary of Transportation Federico Pena.

Director Witt and Secretary Cisneros will be speaking to the President from the Pasadena Disaster Field Office. Secretary Pena will be in the traffic management operations center of the CalTrans facility on Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles.
