Virginia Kelley was a courageous woman with a remarkable spirit and with a zest for life. I will remember her as a lifelong family friend and, from our days in Hope, as a dedicated mother who sacrificed and struggled for her family. Donna and I extend our sincere sympathy, and our thoughts and prayers are with the Kelley and Clinton families.
