WHAT IS AVAILABLE -- AND HOW?
The President's "Health Security Act" and "The President's Report to the American People" are now available electronically and in print and will soon be available on CD-ROM. Please note that document may not be available at every site immediately. Some sites may require up to 24 hours to make the report available. If you are unsuccessful with one site, don't hesitate to try another.

Will be available for archive and research purposes on the next issue of the National Economic, Social, and Environmental Data Bank (NESE-DB) CD-ROM produced by the Dept. of Commerce. The Health Security Act should be available in the November 1993 issue. There is a charge for this CD-ROM

As indicated on the lower portion of the menu, you can read an item (by typing a number), download a file, e-mail a file, etc. In the top level menu, there are two items which take them through the process of sending e-mail to the whitehouse (they are presented with instructions to include a postal return address, etc )
